A Featured Runner’s Story

Our family participated in a race called SpoKenya to raise money to drill a well for those in need. The last 1/4 mile we had the opportunity to carry a bucket of water on our heads so that we could get a tiny glimpse into what women have to do on a daily basis just to provide water for their families. The sad part is that most of this water they are carrying creates sickness and thousands die every day for lack of clean drinking water. It’s hard to believe this is still a major problem this day in age. More and more my desire is to do everything thing I can to make a difference while on this earth. I pray that opportunities will significantly increase for my family to provide hope where it is very dark. #SpoKenya #SpringofHope

If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?
